Proquest Ebook Central works, you have to use this link to login: http://ebookcentral.proquest.com/lib/st-andrews/home.action

For Sciencedirect, you have to choose "other institutions", then "UK Access Federation" then choose the university from the list. It works too.

Only database not accessible is Ebscohost, and that is some problem on their side.
